1. Loan Repayments
Payments made toward loan repayments are final and non-refundable. Any overpayment or errors in repayment will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly. Clients are advised to double-check repayment details to avoid discrepancies.
2. Fund Management Services
Refunds for fund management fees will only be considered if:
- Services were not rendered as agreed upon in the contract.
- A formal request for a refund is submitted within seven (7) business days of the payment date.
Each case will be assessed individually, and refunds will be processed based on the terms of the agreement.
3. Business Advisory Services
Fees for business advisory services are non-refundable once the consultation or service has been provided. In cases of cancellation before the service delivery, clients may request a refund, which will be subject to administrative deductions.
4. Fundraising Services
Payments made for fundraising services are non-refundable unless the service was not initiated or completed as per the terms of the agreement. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within seven (7) business days of payment.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding payments, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service team for prompt resolution.
